We are in the midst of our Fall Fund-Raiser and want to thank those of you who contributed thus far! We really need and appreciate your support!

But... we're still a long way from our goal of raising $30,000 by December 21st!

Every day we work hard to create free and affordable legal documents for gay and lesbian partners, singles, and families with children to empower them to create rights, benefits and obligations that are not granted by law.

We advocate for our community by:

• Donating thousands of Free Advance Directives (Living Wills, Medical and Financial Powers of Attorney) each year;

• Creating affordable legal document packages that include Wills, Trusts, Living Together and Parenting Agreements, Sperm Donor Agreements, Nomination of Guardian Forms, Deeds to Property and more;

• Providing a Marriage Equality Petition on our website that is periodically sent to elected officials;

• Offering Free Estate Planning Information via our Workbook and Workshops;

• Speaking up and out for our equal rights as US citizens;

• Publishing a daily, online newsletter, RainbowZine, to keep you up-to-date with vital and relevant news;

• Writing articles, blogging and otherwise keeping the heat on elected officials in order to keep them focused on the true nature of our relationships;

• Living each day as full-time advocates for LGBTQ equality!
